About you...

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with a vibrant and creative flair whose possess comprehensive understandings of the full marketing mix within a B2B environment.

The role

As European Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working together to develop and execute a European marketing strategy. The first phase of the European expansion will see you focusing on the Dutch, German and French ecommerce retail markets.

Lead and manage small to large sized projects comprising a complex program of business change.

  • Will be part of a UK marketing team and part of a wider matrix team, coordinating activities across I.T, Sales and Communications.
  • Co-ordination of digital campaigns, managing and developing content for all our social media channels and website as well as regularly reviewing, producing and updating all marketing literature.
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach for our ecommerce market with measurable kpi’s in line with the project and the company’s business plans.
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities.


Responsibilities

You will…

  • Create engaging content that resonates with P2P’s target audience (European e-retailers) and is aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • Responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy.
  • Preparing and evaluating marketing and campaign plans.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to localise investment content for relevant audiences in the regions.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulation on all marketing materials and promotions.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets effectively.

You have...

Essential:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in developing a written marketing plan, executing plans by leading cross-functional teams, and reporting detailed results to senior management.
  • A strategic data driven marketing mindset.
  • Thorough understanding of internet technologies, trends and techniques and social media.
  • Experience of writing for all digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail for multi-tasking and prioritisation of daily tasks whilst excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Used to creating and delivering structured, measured campaigns aligned to offerings/sectors/events etc.
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations, who is comfortable with multi-tasking and able to deliver under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to drive projects through to completion, delivering clear defined results and impact.
  • Fluent in German or French written and verbal.

 

Desirable:

  • Market knowledge about France/ Germany e- commerce market.
  • Willing to travel ( just to be connected with the local IMRG’s, platforms, etc).
  • Experienced in selecting and managing e- commerce expo’s.
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Educated to degree level with a business/marketing/digital qualification. Appreciation of brand and design.
