About you...

With at least 2 years' experience in a communications role and experience in colleague engagement, you will be confident creating compelling comms to ensure this business has an engaged and motivated workforce.

The role

As part of the Marketing team, the role will prepare all internal communications activities, working closely with senior executives and leaders to create high-impact communications which will allow them to engage, inform, educate, and inspire their teams. The role will work collaboratively with marketing and HR colleagues to contribute to employee communications plans.

As Communications Coordinator you will report into the Head of Marketing and collaborate with all Departments across the company.

  • A proactive approach to work.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite / Publisher.


  • Educated to degree level with a business/marketing/digital qualification Appreciation of brand and design.
